We have used Kid Matters with 2 of our kids. This place does come at a very high cost and I believe you can also find good help at other places. My complaint is with their cancellation policy. We moved our daughter’s time slot to 30 mins over her school lunch period - so that she would not be taking a prime spot for other kids. We agreed we would drive her over during her lunch period.
