Kid Gloves delivered an expensive piece of furniture ordered from abroad with clear damage. After being immediately informed of the problem, they "lost" the photos that are reportedly routinely taken at their warehouse and upon delivery. Although there were initial promises to have the item fixed or damages reimbursed, all communication eventually ceased. They did waive the delivery fee (a fraction of the cost to repair). Not really sure what goes down here but man, theirs amazing finds. My collective hoarder senses are in total complete overdrive. Vintage collector items, hard to find collectables and an assortment of other relics & memorabilia. It's like a visit to Grandma's den and Grandpa's shed all tucked away and hidden just waiting to be explored.. Exquisite

I would avoid working with this company based on my experience dealing with their side hustle consignment store, Classic Chandelier. Same owner, and these guys handle the large piece moving from what I can tell. Have been trying to get a check for the $1500 owed to us from our sold consignment for over two months. Staff is scattered, evasive and manager is never "available" to speak with me and explain where the money is.
