I would avoid working with this company based on my experience dealing with their side hustle consignment store, Classic Chandelier. Same owner, and these guys handle the large piece moving from what I can tell. Have been trying to get a check for the $1500 owed to us from our sold consignment for over two months. Staff is scattered, evasive and manager is never "available" to speak with me and explain where the money is. We have a design firm that operates out of the Atlanta area. We have had a few installations take place in the New Orleans area over the past few years. The team at Kid Gloves is always polite and willing to change dates to accommodate our needs whenever possible. Seeing a few negative reviews about them is a little aggravating so I am leaving this positive one since they have always done us right!!

Very disappointing. As requested, sent numerous photos to them of the steps and landing they would need to take a large piece of furniture upstairs. No response. Called them back, and they promised to get back to me later in the day. They didn’t.
