Normally I'm happy with this place but not with the stylist I was assigned today. I show a picture, a cut that another stylist has done for us countless times. She cuts it maybe half the length off I want and asks if thats enough. Um, no, did you see the picture? Then she cuts it almost enough so I decide not to push it, but I ask her to trim his cowlick more. No, she advises against it cause it might stand up. WHY DO YOU THINK WE ARE HERE????? Horrible Experience! Was super rude and rough the entire time kept saying, my baby was doing fine throughout the haircut, but he couldn’t stop bawling his eyes out the way she was holding his head so tight I ended up snatching my kid out of the chair and held him while she finished up so annoyed! I will definitely not recommend this place for anyone i’d rather cut my sons hair at home.

Pésimo servicio, nada pacientes para ser un lugar para niños, la mujer que le corto el pelo a mi hijo parecía que esta enojada con la vida, sostenía demasiado fuerte a mi bebé, a punto yo de quitarle las manos de encima de mi hijo. Pésima experiencia 😡 😡

Overpriced bang trim that made my daughter look like dumb and dumber when I told them I was unhappy they told me to ask for something different. I did ask for my daughters bangs to be trimmed and framed
