We absolutely love coming to kids clubhouse, but I feel there are some workers who don’t understand that they work with literal children. There’s no reason any worker should be picking up my 3 year old while she’s playing telling her “not to do something” when she’s playing like a 3 year old. I’ve have no issues with the Springboro location and we’ve been MULTIPLE times to the point where the workers pretty much knew who we were! Our second time at Mason and I’m not sure we’re coming back.
Best place to get the most bang for you Buck!
