Nurse Amanda refused to see us even though we were on time with paperwork filled out. So rude and no one offered any help or solutions. Wouldn't offer a doctor's note, we were basically kicked out and told to reschedule. So RUDE
We have been using kid care pediatrics for 4 years now and love all of the offices. We usually are with Dr. Flippo, but we also recommend Dr. Gomez. For a few sick calls we have used other doctors as well and they have all been very helpful. We are always seen right away, clean offices, friendly staff and they always call me right back from the nurses line. I give them 5 stars and recommend them to all friend and family. They have office locations in keller, western center and 35 and haslet.
This is such a great place to take my children. I am happy with the care and the nurses are so helpful when I go in. Dr. Gomez is always on top of the diagnosis, and never rushes me in or out. I would definitely recommend this clinic to all!
I have been going to Kid Care for the past year with my (almost) one year old son. The staff is pretty short on the phone as the other review mentioned, though I have never experienced them being rude - harried was more like it. We usually see Dr Gomez who is wonderful with my son & takes a lot of time to answer questions (so great for a first time Mom). I'm new to the area and had seen their office a few times and the sign was bright and cute so I thought this would be a good place to call when my daugther became ill. When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady in the office was extremely rude. I told her that I needed to make an appointment for my daughter. Her response was, "For what."
