If I could give -10 stars I would. My child was supposed to get her first procedure done today after waiting 2 months in pain. Doctor never told me my child would have to be alone getting 5 teeth pulled. I asked the woman at the front desk if I can go back, she said yes I can wait in the hallway where my child was still visible.
