I didn't really use this shop for service, but they gave me instructions to check transmission fluid. I was concerned because I was doing it wrong and getting inaccurate results, so they really put my mind at ease.
Kico, Slim, and Brooke were excellent. We were stranded between Leaky and Garner because our vehicle overheated. They responded quickly and had us on the road again to San Antonio in a few hours. They were professional, kind, and fair with their pricing. Highly recommend this team and imagine we would become loyal customers if we lived in the area.
My motorcycle clutch gave out while I was riding 337. I had to leave it at a pull over spot on those crazy twisty roads. The guys at Kico's came to the rescue and recovered it within hours on a Saturday, and dropped it off at a MC repair shop in Bandera. They kept up great communication the whole time. So thankful they were there, and for the fantastic service!
The men at Kico's are incredible! I was stranded at the river in a town where I don't know the city. They came out on a Saturday and towed my car and the price was very reasonable! They were very nice and helpful.
