I dropped off my designer sneakers to get cleaned and they can not account for my sneakers. They refuse to resolve my issue by reimbursing me for the items they can’t account for. They keep giving me the run around and haven’t provided me with a solution.

I have been using them for years but unfortunately, the owner sold the business and the new owners are horrible. They don’t know how to press clothing, they told me it was repressed but nothing was done. Still the same wrinkles not to mention they ruined one of my shirts and wouldn’t acknowledge fault. When I pointed out the white spots all over the front of the shirt, they said nothing and ignored me. Clearly, I’m using a different dry cleaner from now on.

While I appreciate that they offered free delivery and are located just 10 minutes from my home, I was disappointed with the service. The oil stains on my hoodie were still visible after the cleaning. I later used an enzyme formula and washed it at home, and the stains came out completely. I recommend considering other options, as my experience suggests the cleaning quality could be improved.

I brought my sneakers and jacket to this cleaner. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.
