To be completely honest, taekwondo was always something that I put in the "not for me" basket. Since my son started little ninjas it has been his favourite activity, totally loves going! Keiran makes it so fun for the kids, while at the same time introducing the discipline of martial arts and self-defence. I can see my son's confidence and agility have improved in just a few weeks. I've also started attending the Kick fitness class which is a great workout, it's improving my flexibility and strength, and is much more interesting than a regular gym class. My 16 year old son and I have started at Shugyo. We train with Keiran at 6am on a Wednesday. We have dragged ourselves out of bed on the grumpiest of days and despite our groans we never regret it. Keiran is a motivating and enthusiastic leader. He keeps the lessons fun, upbeat and productive.

My 4 year old daughter loves her Secret Ninja School! I cannot recommend her instructor Keiran highly enough. He is so wonderful with the kids and she just adores going. Its fun, she's learning and its so good for her development.
