Professionalism is mon existent with this person. When I called to inquire about their services at about 3pm it was obvious I woke her up from a nap. She made a time to come and see the property to give me an estimate at 10 to 1030 am the next day. She was a no show. At 1130 I called her and left a message which was never returned. I now understand why she had time to take a nap at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon.
