My husband and I have been taking kickboxing classes here for over 2 months now. We love all the instructors. They motivate us to do better, they focus on helping our individual needs and they make every class fun. Kickboxing is hard core but we feel amazing after every class.
I stumbled upon this amazing place when I needed a stress relief activity that would also stick with my fitness toning goals. The staff was amazing, knowledgable, friendly and really care about each member. This is a place everyone should check out!

In the past, the most intimidating and frustrating part of any fitness program was finding a place where i felt comfortable. Happy to say those days are over. I love Choe's. The kickboxing class is high-energy, challenging, and fun. The instructors are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. It's such a positive environment you can't help but get excited just walking through the door. Come see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.
