Couldn’t be happier with the service at kicking horse ford, they got us in on a very busy day and fixed our concern so we could continue on our trip!
Took my car in for an alignment and honestly wish I never did. Before bringing it in, it had a slight pull to the right but was totally drivable and the steering wheel was straight. After the alignment, it’s WAY worse. It now pulls harder and the steering wheel is completely off. You can feel it within the first block—it’s that bad. What really pissed me off is being told it “drives nice and straight now.” There’s no way anyone actually test drove this car.
