Had an unexpected battery problem and was travelling through the area on vacation . Kicking Horse Ford and Kristie accommodated us beyond expectation. They found space in their busy day and were able to find the problem and treat us with compassion. Can’t thank them enough !

I had car trouble at the most inconvenient time and at a last ditch attempt to save my car and my holiday, called this dealership 5 minutes after they closed. They answered anyways and were able to help me out the next day, even though they were closed for holidays. After dropping my spouse’s truck off to get a new key for it because it got lost on a 2003 f350 v10 triton 1200 dollars (finally 2.5 weeks later and did not inform us that Christmas week they would be closed) they delivered an un completed truck after replacing the ignition switch and door cylinders they failed to install the door lock cylinders correctly and I had already paid and noticed as soon as I walked out side this is the second time I have ever been to this dealership to get work done and they have delivered an unco... read more
