I nearly forgot to leave this review, but Kicking Horse absolutely deserves it. My rear springs gave out on the highway on a Friday afternoon and, after pulling over and discovering I was now driving a low rider, called these guys for help. The price was so so reasonable, they were up front about wait times for parts and had my baby ready to go by the following Tuesday. So impressed, this is my new go-to garage
I dealt with Richie at the front desk and he is a person who is kind, and patient. As a member of the female persuasion, in regards to vehicle repair and garage mechanics, to experience my prognosis being respected in the garage industry without a dismissal is rare. I knew what was wrong and was not "brushed off" about it nor did I feel like I was being treated "less than".
