After a couple years and a couple kids I needed to get back into shape. I have a background in martial arts and prefer workouts that are fast paced and fun (sorry yoga). During my introductory class I liked the way Voula taught the techniques and I enjoyed feeling like a student again so I signed up for 3 months that day. Kickhouse is great specifically because of the awesome coaches. Special shout out to Wichita for always leading every class with so much energy and gives me the push that I need. Really appreciate his fun energy and his great techniques which helps me to become stronger and at the same time enjoying the 45 minutes sweat sessions!
