I miss this place soooooo bad! Best work out with the best team ever!!!! They make it fun and you feel great and look great after sticking to it. I thought I was too bz to keep it up and gained I don't even wanna say how many pounds but I'm returning soon with a vengeance. See ya soon🤸🏿‍♀️🤩

Kickhouse has been my second home since 2018! the only gym I have ever stuck with and continue to enjoy! They have a vast variety of classes not just involving bag work but also incorporate weights, cardio, sparring, mobility stretching and yoga! They have such a great family atmosphere, and the staff are all very welcoming and encouraging! Motivating coaches, clean gym, incredible members, variety of classes, schedule offers 7 days/week and early morning and evening options, group outings, themed classes...highly recommended!!!

Highly recommend!! The classes are fun and different everytime. The coaches challenge you and give you a big confidence boast! Did the six week challenge which helped me become more healthier and confident about myself!
