Don’t do it! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a difficult time EVER trying to get information on a gym I’ve ALREADY signed up for previously, there’s no post-customer care. I’ve had a membership before, i enjoyed what i attended (even though the coach turnover rate then was so high), and then i moved to Alaska and had to cancel. Came for a first free class and I had never done any form of martial arts. Coach Kel was so clear and patient with his instructions and made the space feel super comfortable and welcoming. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
Loving the new class formats and coaches. Thanks Ashley, Dave, Julian, Kel and Victoria for providing exciting workouts, consistently challenging us to meet and exceed goals. Update: I can't believe it has been over 2.5 years since I joined. This has by far been my longest gym relationship. I can't thank the coaching team enough for the positive vibes and constant motivation. I am extremely pleased with the transformation not just in body but in mindset as well. Teka, Kel, Ashley, Dave and Julian my appreciation abounds.
Thoroughly loved this place. Had my first kickboxing class and it was empowering. Coaches took the time to show me proper technique and how to add power to every move. The atmosphere kept the energy up the whole class. I will definitely be returning! Had to add an update! Just finished Powerkick with Dave and it was amazing. The classes are always challenging in the best way. Love this place!!
Awesome classes teaching discipline with amazing techniques and u really feel the change since they help u get ur goal w not only the classes but a game plan with diet recs and so much more
