I’ve only been going here for almost a month. My sister finally convinced me to join and I absolutely love it!!! Everyone is so friendly and the classes kick your booty for sure, but it’s so worth it. Every class I take, I can feel myself getting the combos down easier and faster. Plus, it’s just so much fun!
Update: I've been a member at the Tracy Kickhouse for about 2 years now and I'm still loving it! Kickhouse is my home away from home. The coaches are all great and help push me to my limit while still keeping things fun. I've lost about 45lbs since I've started and am now just maintaining and getting stronger. Kickhouse is my second home :-) I’ve been a member since March 2022. Came in with no experience and the Coaches were all very welcoming and accommodating since I was new to kickboxing! I see them work with members of all levels and they are great at what they do. At Kickhouse you will always get a workout/great stress reliever! The benefits that come with it are a +++ (weightloss, muscle gain, confidence, endurance) and the first class is free, come kick it with us!!!
Great experience so far! The coaches are incredibly friendly, and the class environment is so engaging and fun that time just flies by. Highly Recommend !
