I was scrolling down Instagram when I saw. Six week kick boxing challenge for free. I fill out the paperwork and go to the gym feeling excited, and ready to get information about the program, when I should of known it definitely wouldn’t be free, although I’ve done these challenges before in Frisco, which was free and great, this place really disappointed me, after getting information about the program, they guy says, it’s $499 to start and, if you finish the program, you can get your money back. Awesome place to combine fitness with self defense. Though I’m a beginner, this place continues to keep teaching me more and more and I look forward to every class. Lauren and Linda are amazing. Lauren is a super understanding, and patient trainer who will walk you through everything you need to learn. What I love here is the patience of the trainer. I love kickhouse. Lauren is awesome. Once she realize I am struggling with sequence and form of kicks, she took time to get me on the track:) I think by far the best class I have enrolled in !!!

Had my first class yesterday with Linda who was absolutely amazing!!! She’s such a great instructor and took patience with learning my style of learning so she could better help me being that I am new to the class. I’m super excited to go back! See y’all soon.
