Been coming here since 2023. Absolutely love it. The variety of classes is great and so are the instructors. Has a real sense of community where everyone is welcome. 26 Jul 2025: Would like to add that I especially love the classes that are focused more on building strength such as Resistance Kick, Circuit Kick, and Kickin Abs. Was hesitant to try them at first, but they are accessible no matter what your strength level and are essential for us middle aged divas.
It is a great place to go and just kick that bag. No ego, no pressure, no need to prove anything to anyone. Just good people surrounding you while you get your rounds in.
I love KickHouse! Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more confident. The instructors are super friendly and always so encouraging — they really make you feel welcome no matter your fitness level. It’s such a fun and supportive environment, and I always look forward to going. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great workout and a great community!
Just recently joined the kickhouse Chantilly team! Everyone has been amazing so far! Love the community and learning kickboxing has been super easy thanks to all the trainers!!
