I started my kickboxing journey about three months ago and the staff has been very welcoming and patient. Kickhouse has also been a great stress reliever. I can’t wait to continue my journey and become a better version of myself.

It feels like "Cheers"... Where everybody knows your name... And they're always glad you came. :-) KickHouse Instructors are heroes in my book - Anet, Susan, Janae, Kevin, Diana, Livia, Gabee, and the owner David have created an inclusive, dynamic and challenging, yet enjoyable exercise program that has helped me increase strength, improve health and develop new skills. It's a tough workout, but so rewarding! Set your pace and progress at our own speed. I Highly Recommend!
