I have to rescind my previous 5 star review. This has nothing to do with the coaches. I know many of them are having the same difficulties with the cooperate decisions that are forcing changes to the format of the classes. I have been here for a few years and I know I'm a stubborn person when someone changes my routine. But they have mutilated the 'classic kick' class I loved and changed it to a 'core' class. I did the 6 week challenge and it helped me get my body back in shape after having my first. The nutrition info they provided was super eye opening - changed how I viewed food, and helped me build better habits. Overall great environment and they truly want to see you succeed! Highly recommend.
When I tried to cancel my membership I was told I would be charged $344 unless I had one of the 3 reasons: 1. It's within 3-days of signing the member contract. 2. The member move beyond a 25-mile radius of the studio 3. The member dies or becomes disabled for more than six months. I've just joined KickHouse , the staff is outgoing, friendly and sure to make you feel welcomed. The workouts have been awesome, feeling better already!
Great first time at KickHouse. Alyssa was super helpful. Be prepared to hit the around running—err, kicking and punching!
