Love the Kickfit program! Melissa is an awesome & motivational trainer! Every class is so much fun! Seeing & feeling results from the class with your body is also so awesome! Definitely felt a difference in my everyday life just from coming to these classes. Getting to meet others with the same wants and goals as you is a plus. Not just your average gym. My daughter and I love kickfit! It's a great workout program and has helped us build our cardio and muscle definition for the other classes we take at Empty Hand Combat. Kember is an amazing coach she keeps us motivated and makes sure we get a good workout every class. Kickfit Power!!
