I don't doubt the quality of their work. I have seen it firsthand in the already constructed homes. However, this review is not about that, but rather their customer service. Unfortunately, when it comes to attention and customer service, they fall short. The amount of time it takes to get a response via email is frustrating, and how they talk to you is even more so. I cannot express how grateful I am that we bought a Kickerillo home. We are the second owners of our custom Kickerillo home. During the winter storm we had pipes burst (no power for 4 days, exterior pipe exposed and froze up into the house), in the renovation process Kickerillo has gone above and beyond to help us get back to normal. From their administrative staff, to superintendents, to the vendors they use for special parts of the building process, everyone has been incredibly helpful.
