Gotta watch these folks! I contacted Kicker 7 days ago and unfortunately spoke with Miranda to cancel my auto policy. Well 7 days later it was untouched the payment was debited out of my bank account. Luckily I was fortunate enough to speak to Allysa and she straightened it out canceling the policy so I can get a refund to my bank account. Miranda needs to be fired if she can’t take of clients.
