Last night, my friends and I visited Kickback Jack’s in Suffolk, VA expecting good food and a fun time. While the waitress and all the wait staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and doing their best—the night took a complete turn for the worse when we encountered the manager, Lenny, who was rude, aggressive, and blatantly racist. Energy was off. Pizza was burnt & the manager cooked it for me & brung it back uncooked. negative energy. Food was 3/10 will never come back. Enjoy for those who love it!
