I was traveling and asked bartender to place a reservation which she did for 9 including two babies and 2 over 80 seniors. This was taken at 5:30 PM while I had a drink at the bar waiting for my guests. When the time came to seat us at 6:30, the hostess informed me reservations were not taken there, ever, and even though the bartender let me believe she placed it, the hostess and manager made us wait till first available, 45 minutes later and we split up, my suggestion, just to get seated then.
