以后绝不会订购这个店，且不说太脏太差，确实爱他网友所言非虚，店主是个scam artist。 尤其华人朋友，一定不要通过微信私人途径订购。不要以为你认识他，他就跟你讲道理。一旦你有事需要求取消，你的订金（而且数额很大）一分钱也拿不回来，即使距离居住日期还有一两个周。 如果你不得不订购该店，一定通过平台订购。 总之，我绝不会绝不会再来这家店。 I will never order from this store again. Not to mention how dirty and terrible it is, the claims made by others online are indeed true—the owner is a scam artist. Especially for Chinese friends, do not place orders privately through WeChat. Absolutely disgusting I should have read the reviews before I booked It’s dirty and smelly there was still used soap in the shower the sinks had mold around it the sheets were not clean luckily we had our own bedding we booked on booking.com payed $180 for 1 night for 2 people this place is just putrid only one photo will upload

We booked a place here a few months ago. Every review here is right - this place is completely disgusting and the owner is a scam artist. In our unit the lights don’t work, there were dead cockroaches on the floor, the oven was full of grime and the whole place smelled like piss. Makes your skin crawl. Do not stay here.

This place is very dirty and smelly. We booked from booking.com and we asked booking. Com to fix this place three weeks ago. But booking. Com is also did fraud with us . This place was same with bugs in bed and sofa. Stove, fridge are very bad smelly and dirty. You can't stand two minutes in side the house. Australia should close this place. We asked for refund and manager run away and also booking. Com did not give us any refund. Please don't go this place.
