I ordered six bags of Memphis Grill wood pellets. The materials used to fill the order were distressed bags that either should have been given away gratis with a pellet grill purchase or clearly labelled as "distressed" or "second quality" before sale and shipment. Two of the six bags of pellets were knowingly sent out with loss of weight as they had been taped up and less than full. Terrible communication. I’ve called multiple times spoken to multiple people. Each person tells me they’re going to do things and they never do and that’s only if I can actually get through to somebody. Most of the time you leave contact Forms or Voice Mails And they just never call you. Baffling.

Love these guys and gals! called and spoke with Nick in Cusotmer Service within 30 seconds, he was able to help me to confirm which Napoleon Prestige grill I had by asking a few simple questions. Nick was then able to be sure I knew that the pieces of the grill I needed came with new burners as well. This was comforting to know as that would've been my next question, if I shoud be replacing the burners as well. Thank you nick. When you ready to kickAss! Call Kickass Grills!
