We have purchased several products from Kickass in the past one of which was a shower tent. Gleefully we went to show it off to friends and family one day only to find the zipper into the tent was very difficult to open. First ever problem with a Kickass product. So as we were near the Sunshine Coast some months later, we dropped into the showroom. Thursday 4th May 2023. Posers acting as an Aussie company with "bushproof" products. It's just junk straight from China. Their customer service isn't even Australian, try calling them! Delivery delays and terrible service. Huge regret
