Low quality homes. I would not recommend.
We worked with Kickapoo Homes this summer (2020) and they did an amazing job with remodeling our older home. This was a challenging project in the pandemic year, but still the outcome was better than we could have anticipated. Always forthright about costs and explanations for any delays, they were wonderful and reliable to work with.
