Fantastic customer service! I had purchased a Allen and Roth outdoor motion sensor light fixture from Lowes, after mounting it I found a crack in the glass. The glass is made to look like there are cracks in it but this was a real crack. Anyway after leaving a msg. on their phone line, "JAY" called me back the next day for my address and shipped me a NEW one at NO COST! Thank you Jay
