Do yourself a favor and just spend a little extra money on a better brand. Very cheaply made and when asking basic technical support questions, they cannot be answered. Not impressed at all.
We have many Barrington pieces, inside and outside our house, and we did have some issues with damaged glass. I contacted customer service and they sent replacements quickly, without a fuss and honored my purchase. Excellent customer service. Love Kichler products

I have 2 Kichler 39507 lights with defective paint. I contacted Kichler asking they stand behind the product clearly defective coating. They will do nothing without a receipt reiterated twice by their customer service. These are approximately 3 years old. They state clearly a receipt is required. If anyone is considering a Kichler product save your receipt if you expect them to stand behind obviously defective product or take the path we will follow and use a different brand.
