Horrible quality food. Man on the phone said that the fish was wild-caught, but that proved not to be true. They use farmed salmon.
They were dishonest over the phone and told me that the fish was wild-caught, however after calling their other locations and coming in person to see the fish - they in fact use FARMED fish at THIS location and other Kibo locations. This is not quality food.
Very unfortunate. I am a regular customer at other Kibo sushi locations, and I have limited lunch time so I decided to order ahead. Only to get there and be told I cannot sit down (in the empty restaurant) to have the lunch I ordered from this same restaurant. Make it make sense. “It’s policy”. Yea that’s the end of my patronage. I would have still tipped if that was your concern.

Fresh sushi, quick service, and good prices. Kibo Sushi is a great casual spot for a sushi craving!
