Update to my previous review: I had given Kibo a strongly positive review before, and honestly, it takes a lot for me to leave negative feedback. I used to own a restaurant myself, so I understand how hard this business is and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But my recent experience at the Lakeshore West (Etobicoke) location left me genuinely speechless.
