The employee was rude
One of the best sushi places in town! The sushi and miso soup are both delicious. The rice around the rolls is nice and thin – unlike some places that have thick layers of rice with barely any filling –and the portion sizes are just right. Highly recommend!
Tried Kibo Sushi for the first time, and it was a win! The sushi was fresh, tasty, and had a great variety. Definitely adding this to the list of go-to sushi spots. If you’re a sushi fan, you’ll want to check it out!
No seating, only take out This place is by far one of the best sushi spots in Calgary. I have had sushi from a few different places and this one is top tier for me. There is layers of flavors with each bite. I love their Sushi Trio. 10:10 recommend!
I will give this a 4 star. So close to a 5 star but there is one problem. My special dynamite roll to be topped with seared salmon, had only 2 pieces with seared salmon and the other half was missing the tempura prawn. Lol. Everything else was great! I reached out to the restaurant and will happily change my review. Everything else was superb! Tuna, Salmon sashimi, beef tatoyaki, assorted tempura, salmon avocado roll and mushroom avocado roll.
