The owner is sooo rude. He literally told me “You don’t just come up here and get an estimate”. I literally was paying for the work out of my pockets.
AAA contacted Kibler’s to tow my car 120 miles back home after my engine overheated. The tow truck arrived quickly. The driver, Tommy, was courteous, knowledgeable, and a skilled driver. He also went “the second mile” in helping me negotiate around the dark back lot of my auto repair shop and around the building through a narrow uneven pathway (so I wouldn’t fall) to where my family came to pick me up. Thank you Tommy!
