Paid 38 dollars for 2 day shipping. Received my product a week later. They didn’t even know you could choose 1 week 2 day or Next day delivery. I was ordering valves for my dirt bike. I didn’t order enough and needed valve seats and seals, so I called to see if they had the rest of what I needed…3rd party sells “kits” left and right…but if I already ordered directly from Kibble White why would I return my stuff and go somewhere else? An absolute nightmare. An autofill glitch at the last stage of ordering and the parts were sent to a nonexistent address. This is despite the several emails immediately sent and phone messages left that they say they never received. I used their email link and replied to their emails. Then sent a refund for the parts without at least asking me what I would like to do. Undoubtably the worst customer service I have experienced in my 20+ years of restoring motorcycles. Ordered valves that say "available" on their website. After 2 weeks with no tracking info I emailed them, they said they were backlogged and it would be 3 more weeks. After 5 more weeks I emailed, got no reply. 2 more weeks I emailed again, no reply. 1 more week I called and was told they would check on it and call me back, no call back.
