I ordered parts 12 days ago. Shipped out should have been here within 5 days according to their website. Where is it? I've tried emailing, I've tried calling. I've tried reaching out on their website. No one gets ahold of you. Extremely unprofessional, I don't give a crap how good your parts are

Paid 38 dollars for 2 day shipping. Received my product a week later. They didn’t even know you could choose 1 week 2 day or Next day delivery. I was ordering valves for my dirt bike. I didn’t order enough and needed valve seats and seals, so I called to see if they had the rest of what I needed…3rd party sells “kits” left and right…but if I already ordered directly from Kibble White why would I return my stuff and go somewhere else? An absolute nightmare. An autofill glitch at the last stage of ordering and the parts were sent to a nonexistent address. This is despite the several emails immediately sent and phone messages left that they say they never received. I used their email link and replied to their emails. Then sent a refund for the parts without at least asking me what I would like to do. Undoubtably the worst customer service I have experienced in my 20+ years of restoring motorcycles.
