Brought my new john deere zero turn mower in with 2.8 hours on it, because it was smoking pretty bad. They had it for atleast a month. Finally I called and asked if they had figured out the problem? Was told the small engine guy was gone for the weekend and they would get back to me on Monday, as they had my mower longer than I had even owned it!
