I called, got transferred, left a voicemail, and nobody called me back. I repeated that a total of five times over the course of two weeks. . I even explained it to the receptionist three times and I was assured, someone would call me back. But they did not. They must be making money hand over fist where they don’t return customers phone calls. After two weeks, I gave up and called their offices in Brookings county. I needed a key for my lawn tractor. They were very helpful finding the right key. They didn’t have it in stock but called another location and they had it. I would definitely shop there again.

Sales and service for my lawn tractor is awesome. I had to find and install my own 2 inch trailer hitch though.

Needed a new drive shaft. Unfortunately after getting it back and spending a good chuck of money the power take off didn’t work. PTO worked fine now it dosnt and they will not claim responsibility Very disappointed
