When my husband and I were in the market for a new lawnmower, we went to Kibble to keep our business local. The purchase was smooth and we even had front door delivery. A few months later we scheduled a service as it was recommended by Kibble. Here's where it gets us upset. First of all, it took a week for us to get our mower back. (we had to call to get an update) Secondly, when we brought home our mower, the engine and surrounding areas were covered in oil.
