I stopped to pick up some oil while picking up a piece of equipment in the area. Service was quick and excellent. The shop employees were very friendly. If I ever need parts or supplies while I'm down here again these guys will be my first stop.
The service and parts department has gone above and beyond this fall to keep our harvest running smoothly. From always being available for help over the phone and being there right away when needed, and for meeting me to get critical parts to try to get beans finished before a rain. We appreciate it greatly and hope they know how important this is.
At my age it's not very often I'm surprised anymore. This past weekend while harvesting corn our combine went down with a faulty sensor. Its fall and even tho the techs were out and booked for a majority of the day, the service manager jumped in a truck and came to our location with the sensor installed it, and got us up and running. It was the difference between watching a labor force sent home for the remainder of the day and getting up and running.
