Scott was such a great help in diagnosing and solving our myriad of problems. He is one of the most courteous thoughtful and prompt field technicians I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
Recently stopped in to price a new/slightly used tractor. Talked with a Gal in sales and right off the start I wasn't at all impressed with her. It seemed like our conversation was an annoyance and felt rushed. The tractor i had for trade was severely low balled and she wasn't willing to haggle. I bought a name brand machine from a competitor way cheaper and a higher model grade than the low end base model machine she priced me. Attitude is everything and i hope she doesn't push more serious customers away in the future!
