I strongly advise against dealing with this store . They hung me out to dry after purchase. Said my package would be ready in a month and then, after a delay, said he would marry - I have zero clue how that relates to me 🤷♂️. Then, promised it would be ready to ship within a week, but till now, he's just jerking me around. This guy is not honest in his dealings .
We reached out to Kibbetech Oct 26, 2021 to place an order for a ZR2 long travel kit. We were asked to reach out to their distributor/dealer to place our order. We paid for our order 100% up front with payment confirmation. Two years later we only got our shocks and no parts or updates. Last time we spoke to Ryan was back in Feb 2023 where we were told that he had the pieces cut but needed to have them welded which would be another 4-8 weeks. We have not heard back since. As another business in the industry both Ryan and Matt (former engineer) have been very helpful with industry, design, and manufacturing advice. The whole teams passion is undeniable and I believe that to be the single most valuable trait in this industry; It shows in their work.
Bought some of their uppers for my raptor. Fit and function is great. They look great also.
