I was giving a pre approval with 5 mins of me applying.Come to find out the lender had pre approved me with 1 transcript from 2022 not a return so I was really confused about that so fast forward I found a house that seller gave me 14 business days to get a official approval she said she could do it also she told my realtor I didn’t not need to show proof of tax returns which that is a straight lie…..so without my important information she pre approved and made me pay the seller a 8k earnest money and inspection for the home... read more
