Dr. Phelps was awesome. I've been searching for a great Physician as I live in Albany, Georgia moving from California. Dr. Phelps made me comfortable, answered all of my questions and easy to talk too. I'm very happy with my new Doctor. Her staff is just as wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Phelps to all.
