Just moved to Texas two months ago, First time here overall my experience was a 10/10! Beautiful atmosphere very friendly staff. I’ve always had such a great time at this location and I truly like everyone that has worked with me in the past at this location. But for some reason, the nail tech named Gabby was yanking and pulling on my nails after I requested that she not cut or pry my old set off. I had a dip set and I needed a refill and after soaking for a short amount of time (1-2 mins) she used the end of the tool to try and pry off the old dip on my nail, which I’ve never seen done.
