I am writing this review to give warning to others regarding Kiamichi Cabins approach to customer satisfaction. I booked the Sparks Fly cabin for two nights. Upon arrival, there was a maintenance person there draining the hot tub. He said it was due to bubbles. This was approximately 2pm on day of arrival (I was staying two nights). Horrible Customer Service!! Got a charge for almost $900 and never use the cabin!! Never got a confirmation email.. or door code! Please be aware!! Don't recomend to rent this cabins!
We were in Broken Bow the week of 11-25-24. We were originally in Perch Awhile which was in serious need of cleaning and overall maintenance. Even after replacing the burned and blackened burner plates on stove and unusable cookware, dirty rugs in the bathroom, the toilet kept stopping up. While sitting on the sofa, cold air is blowing down on your head because the ac unit in the wall above isn't sealed. Although no mention of any credit of fees for our inconvenience, they at least relocated us to a nicer unit that was close... read more

This is the third time I have stayed in one of Kiamichi cabins. We have NEVER been disappointed. The prices are reasonable, cabins, are spacious, clean, and if you need anything they come out and take care of it. I will continue to come relax in their cabins.
