I’m honestly still in shock after the experience we had here and feel this needs to be addressed by management. The “chef” appeared completely out of it and behaved in a very unprofessional and concerning way. While serving food he said to my friend, “I’ll give you an arancini ball if you give me a sip of your drink.” We thought he was joking, but he then actually took her drink and drank from it. Staff were very unprofessional and rude.
My family and I came into your beautiful friendly Hotel today for lunch. We had my mum who is in a wheelchair with us and the owner opened up accessibility for us and helped us get mum up the stairs. The wait staff were absolutely terrific as well helping mum after lunch. The food was the best food we have had in a long time. Everything came out hot and was just delicious. I came to the the inn yesterday I had been down there for the weekend from Canberra and the inn had the best bar staff just a good vibe there struck a conversation with one of the girls behind the bar so easy to talk to I wished I would have left my number for her
