I recently called to ask a few questions and was so impressed by the receptionist’s professionalism and kindness. Zofia went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, answering my questions thoroughly and with so much patience. She made me feel valued and genuinely cared for, which is rare to find these days. Her helpful and friendly attitude turned what could have been a stressful call into a very positive experience. Truly outstanding service!
My original consultation was with Dr Alex, then Dr Wang did my treatment. I felt welcomed by reception and comfortable with both of the periodontists, who explained the process at each stage.
It’s very good to be able to see a professor in this field. I really could see the difference it made. He was very knowledgeable but also down to earth. I was able to relax but feel confident that I was getting taken care of.
I had issues for many years when it came to my dental health. It was good to feel accepted and not feel judged. They told me the problems and solutions I needed to do. I felt I made the right decision coming here.
