Chris, my car has been at your establishment since September 12th. I knew you couldn’t work on it for the first or second week and I was fine about that and I was extremely patient. You very rarely answer your phone, once in the last 2.5 months as you said yourself that you deliberately don’t so that you’re not tied to your phone, good in theory but not practical by any means.
