Kiacon company is best they build a granny flat for us in reasonable price , highly recommended if you are going through paperwork when council is involved, they have a great service and solutions which help to get the permits , I give thousands thanks to Sam and Rodrigo they are ultimately outstanding professionals and building quality is best with reasonable price . I contacted Kiacon and was met by Sam the same day to chat through a renovation we were interested in doing. Sam was extremely professional, prompt, and made a garage renovation easy and seamless. Kiacon was also quite reasonably priced, in comparison to other builders - however this did not result in the work being less than perfect. Rodrigo and Sam worked swiftly and precisely.
